Our 508(c)(1)(a) Status

Connecticut Cross Academy operates as a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based, private member organization established to provide Christ-centered education and discipleship to its member families. As a 508(c)(1)(a), we are not governed by the regulatory oversight of state, local, or federal authorities in matters of education and religious practice. This allows us the freedom to uphold biblical values and make decisions in the best interest of our students—spiritually, academically, and developmentally.

Enrollment at Connecticut Cross Academy is available exclusively to members who affirm and support our mission, beliefs, and operating principles.
